I know... and that you had to carry out some additional work, to make the brackets more secure. Also to add to this we have mobile phone service issues at both are sites, which didn’t help with communication. But your company pulled out all the stops and got the work done.

I wasn’t expecting us all to leave at 20:45 last night, but once again many thanks for seeing the job through to completion.
